Our facility, located on the water, in Cape May, NJ is one of the largest seafood processing facilities on the Eastern Seaboard. With over 1,200 feet of waterfront we have a minimum of 15 vessels discharging fish to us on a daily basis. We produce for local fresh markets such as: Boston, New York, Philadelphia, and Baltimore. Our facility is equipped with blast freezers capable of freezing up to 500 metric tons per day.
We are also equipped with automated packing equipment specifically designed for pelagic fish which allows up to process 450 metric tons of whole round fish per day.
